Logistics and operational structure:

FINE NIPONA S.L. imports its products directly from Japan. The products are received, stored and dispatched to end consumers through the associated logistics centre CEVA LOGISTICS ESPAÑA, S.L. (Pol. Ind. Veredilla, Avda. Ontalva 6-A, 45200 Illescas, Toledo, Spain). FINE NIPONA S.L. does not physically handle or warehouse goods at its registered office.

2. TERMS OF ACCESS AND USE

Access to this website confers the status of “User” and implies express, full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions set out in this Legal Notice at the time the User accesses the Portal. Accordingly, the User should read this document carefully each time they intend to use the Website, as it may be amended from time to time.

The User undertakes to make proper, lawful and diligent use of the Portal and its content, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, morality, generally accepted practices and public order. Use of the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that may cause damage to or impede the normal operation of the Website, is expressly prohibited.

FINE NIPONA S.L. has adopted all necessary technological measures, within its capabilities and the current state of the art, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to prevent the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to Users.

However, FINE NIPONA S.L. accepts no liability for:

  • Any lack of availability, maintenance or effective operation of the Website and/or its services or content
  • The presence of viruses, malware or other harmful components in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technical measures to prevent this
  • Any unlawful, negligent, fraudulent or improper use of the Website, its services or content by Users, in contravention of this Legal Notice, good faith, generally accepted practices or public order
  • Any loss or damage arising from illegal or improper use of the Website

Third-party links: Where the Website includes links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites (such as social media or other platforms), FINE NIPONA S.L. exercises no control over such sites or their content. Under no circumstances shall FINE NIPONA S.L. be liable for the content of any link to an external website, nor does it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy or veracity of any material or information contained in such hyperlinks.

The processing of Users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Website, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between FINE NIPONA S.L. and the User shall be governed by applicable Spanish law.

In the event of any dispute, where the User is a consumer, both parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the User’s domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where the User is acting in the capacity of a business or professional, both parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
